Harvested November through March


Look for sweet smelling, plump, bright berries that are around the same general size. Avoid shriveled up berries.


Store in a single layer, unwashed, in a tight container until ready to eat for up to three days. These berries can be washed and frozen for longer storage life.


When ready to enjoy, rinse well, dry and remove stems. Allow them to reach room temperature to enjoy maximum flavor.
